Airline fare rules apply. Many economy fares are non-refundable but may be changed for a fee plus any fare difference. Refundable fares are returned per airline policy. US Department of Transportation rules may entitle you to a refund if the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight.
Flexible rates can usually be cancelled free of charge up to the hotel's deadline (often 24โ72 hours before check-in). Prepaid and non-refundable rates generally can't be refunded. No-shows are typically charged at least one night.
Packages combine several suppliers, so each component follows its own rules. We'll give you a full breakdown of cancellation charges before you cancel, and we'll try to recover as much as possible for you.
If you don't receive the travel service you booked, or you're not satisfied with our service, contact us and we'll refund 100% of our service fee within 7โ14 business days.
Date, name or itinerary changes depend on supplier rules and availability. Supplier change fees and any fare or rate difference are quoted in USD before you agree.
Supplier refunds are usually processed within 7โ30 business days, depending on the airline or hotel. Your bank may take extra time to show the credit.
For severe weather, airline disruptions or emergencies, we'll contact suppliers on your behalf to request waivers, credits or rebooking. Final decisions rest with the supplier.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the currency charged. Exchange-rate differences and card fees are outside our control.
Trip cancellation insurance can cover non-refundable costs for covered reasons such as illness. We recommend buying it when you book.
