These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nexivoinc.com and the travel booking services provided by Nexivo Inc. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Nexivo Inc is an independent travel agency that helps customers book flights, hotels and vacation packages in the United States and Canada. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not an airline, hotel or tour operator, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any supplier unless expressly stated.

2. Supplier terms

Each travel service is provided by the relevant airline, hotel or tour supplier under its own conditions of carriage, booking terms and policies, including baggage, check-in, cancellation and no-show rules. By booking, you agree to those supplier terms.

3. Prices & currency

• All prices on this website and in our quotes are in US Dollars (USD).
• "From" prices are indicative and are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed or ticketed.
• Airfares and hotel rates change frequently and may change before payment is completed.
• Package prices are per person based on double occupancy unless stated.
• Local taxes, resort fees, city taxes or baggage fees may be charged by suppliers and will be explained wherever known.

4. Service fee

We may charge a service fee for our booking assistance. It is disclosed before payment and is separate from supplier charges. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for service fee refund terms.

5. Traveler responsibilities

• Provide names exactly as they appear on travel documents. Name corrections may incur supplier fees.
• Hold valid passports, visas, eTA/ESTA authorizations and any other documents required for your trip.
• Check flight times and arrive at the airport with enough time for check-in and security.
• Review your itinerary promptly and tell us about any errors.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by us, our payment providers or directly by the supplier. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Changes & cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier rules and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Many discounted fares and rates are non-refundable.

8. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and baggage. Provincial and state health plans may not fully cover you outside your home province or state.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexivo Inc is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, overbooking or service quality of suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for the booking concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
